These terms govern use of the Pura Vida Casas website and villa reservations. By submitting an inquiry or booking, you agree to them.
Listings, rates, and availability on this website are informational until a booking is confirmed through our reservation process. A stay is confirmed only after required guest details, agreement to house rules, and the applicable deposit or payment are received. Minimum-stay and check-in/check-out rules shown for each villa apply.
Accepted payment methods, deposit amounts, and remaining balances are confirmed during booking. Security deposits, if required, are held to cover damage, extra cleaning, or rule violations and are returned after checkout when the villa is left in good order.
Cancellation, change, and credit terms are those stated at booking. If your group cannot travel, contact us as soon as possible. Credits or refunds, if offered, follow the policy in your confirmation and may require use within a stated period.
Guests are responsible for the conduct of everyone in the party, occupancy limits, quiet hours, and care of the villa, furnishings, and grounds. Illegal activity, unauthorized events, and smoking or pet rules (where restricted) may result in eviction without refund and charges for damage.
Photos, descriptions, and amenity lists are provided in good faith and may change. We may update pages, rates, and policies without notice. Third-party links, maps, and review widgets are provided for convenience and are not under our control.
Vacation rentals involve inherent risks of travel, weather, and outdoor settings. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pura Vida Casas is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, travel disruption, or personal injury beyond our control. Local Costa Rica law applies to stays at the properties.
